For over 20 years, yoga has been a foundation in my life. With a background as a corporate lawyer and a mother of three, I understand the pressures of corporate culture and the challenges families face in today’s chaotic world. Yoga and mindfulness allow a return to the self, to intuition, and to our power within, easing worry and negative thoughts, sharpening focus and purpose, and fostering calm and resilience.

My programs are designed to meet people where they are. For professionals, I offer midday mindfulness sessions that reduce burnout, enhance concentration, and strengthen team connection. For children and families, I create playful, engaging classes that build body awareness, confidence, and emotional balance. Whether in the boardroom, classroom, or community space, my goal is the same: to help people feel grounded, empowered, and at ease in their bodies and minds.
