For over 20 years, yoga has been a foundation in my life. With a background as a corporate lawyer and a mother of three, I understand the pressures of corporate culture and the challenges families face in today’s chaotic world. Yoga and mindfulness allow a return to the self, to intuition, and to our power within — easing stress and negative thoughts, sharpening focus and purpose, and fostering calm and resilience.
My programs are designed to meet people where they are. For professionals, I offer workshops and retreats that reduce burnout, enhance concentration, and strengthen team connection. For children and families, I create playful, engaging classes that build body awareness, confidence, and emotional balance. Whether in the boardroom, classroom, or community space, my goal is the same: to help people feel grounded, empowered, and at ease in their bodies and minds.
